Marketing Intern
Responsibilities:
- Review and revise current marketing strategy
- Create plan to implement marketing strategy
- Assist in implementing plan
Skills/Experience:
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience and coursework in marketing is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interest/experience in sustainability consulting
- General understanding of Internet technologies
Additional Information:
- Part-time (15-20 hours/week)
- Compensation: Dependent on results
- Location: Can work remotely but DC-based intern preferred
Duration: 3.5 months, with option for extension
Research Intern
Responsibilities:
- Research topics related to sustainability on an as-needed basis
- Provide background materials for consulting projects (ranges from green building design to green procurement practices)
- Summarize research results
Skills/Experience:
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly and concisely summarize data
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Interest/experience in sustainability consulting
- General understanding of Internet technologies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
